Private and Semi-Private Lessons - Rossiter Stretching - Nutrition
​Private Lessons are a great way to experience a completely customized fitness program. In a private setting, one-on-one and based on your individual goals, I will develop an appropriate exercise regimen for you utilizing both my experience and knowledge in fitness. With certifications in Pilates, TRX, weight training, kettlebells and Barre combined with years of fitness instruction experience I can create a custom, personalized workout just for you!

SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS
Semi Private Lessons are a great way to get fit while working out with a friend, co-worker or relative. Share the cost, have fun and get fit together. With two Reformers, two Combo Chairs and many other pieces of equipment to choose from, as well as any other modes of fitness instruction (TRX, weights, Barre, Kettlebells etc.) the workout possibilities are endless.

ROSSITER STRETCHING
Experience fast, safe and effective pain relief with Rossiter Stretching techniques. Stay away from surgery, pain pills and loss of productivity. Allow your body to heal naturally. This work involves powerful two-person stretches including you the "person in charge or PIC" and a Rossiter Certified Coach. You are the person in charge of your body and with Rossiter you will determine how quickly your pain will ease depending on how much hard work you are willing to do. Rossiter restores mobility, loosens deep tightness and frees up space so your body can release and heal itself. Benefits include restored mobility and function, reduced discomfort related to muscle tightness, reduces pain and enhances sport performance allowing you to live a more active, pain free lifestyle.
