The Pilates Center of NWI is a full-service Pilates studio located in a private setting in Crown Point, Indiana. Equipment available includes 2 Reformers, 2 Combo Chairs, a Cadillac and High Barrel (all made by Balanced Body), TRX Suspension Trainers, and many other pieces of small apparatus and training tools. Additionally, services offered include Health Coaching to guide you in your quest for optimum health and Rossiter System coaching which is a 2-person method of stretching designed to help your body get out of pain fast!
